Job summary

AGSI is seeking an HR Generalist Associate to provide day-to-day HR support for our production team during the graveyard shift at Taguig. The role covers onboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance monitoring, records management, offboarding, and engagement activities.

You will work closely with the HR Lead and other departments to ensure timely execution of HR processes, compliance with procedures, and effective employee support, particularly for night shift operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience in operations or generalist roles.
• Knowledge of HR policies and documentation.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding, including contract discussions and signing.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding with TA, managers, IT, and others.
• Ensure equipment, access, and onboarding docs are ready before start.
• Serve as HR contact during graveyard shift and advise on policies.
• Monitor performance reviews and attendance; escalate issues.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist HR initiatives.
