Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our Career Support team. This role requires 100% onsite work at BGC Taguig, with a graveyard shift from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PHT.

You will handle candidate and employer outreach, application processing, invoicing tasks, and data quality control in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or related fields, strong attention to detail, and proficiency

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, contact center, recruitment, administration, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable performing outbound communication activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using various systems, tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Willing to support US-based operations and work a night-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to candidates and employers.
• Re-engage inactive candidates and employers.
• Respond to client inquiries and support hiring requirements.
• Maintain active candidate and employer pipelines while meeting service timelines.
• Send candidate outreach messages based on job requirements.
• Process candidate responses and job applications.
• Maintain accurate candidate and application records.
• Create and issue invoices for successful placements.
• Monitor invoice status and follow up on payments when necessary.
• Assist with monthly billing reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate, employer, job, and invoice records.
• Verify information such as candidate details, job positions, and invoice amounts.
• Escalate discrepancies or missing information promptly.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure completion within established service levels.
• Escalate operational concerns as needed.
