IT By Design is seeking a Sr HR Generalist in Manila to partner with leaders and manage the full employee lifecycle. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR policy compliance across a fast-paced, global technology environment.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5+ years in HR Generalist/HRBP roles, strong communication, and the ability to influence across functions while upholding labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of hands-on HR experience in Generalist/HRBP/HR Operations roles.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and compliance.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to provide practical HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as trusted HR advisor on employee concerns and people-related decisions.
• Support performance management, PIPs, and employee development initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, movement, exits, and HR documentation.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and drive process improvements.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify retention opportunities.
