Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring for a Support Level 2 role with night shift, remote work setup. You will handle homeowner, vendor, and loan officer inquiries, perform cold outreach, verify contractors, and manage service requests using CRM systems.

The position emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and process adherence in a fast-paced environment. You will engage in daily targets, promote Househappy products, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate information and timely follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to homeowners, vendors, and loan officers.
• Inbound call customer service for homeowners, vendors, and loan officers.
• Prospect pros by territory/trade to fill jobs when none or unresponsive exist.
• Verify contractor meets standards prior to outreach using internet tools.
• Understand homeowner needs and relay them to the contractor.
• Match new and existing pros to active service requests.
• Quality check queue info and ensure all details are listed on service requests.
• Complete communications and follow-ups on time.
• Assess workload and adjust priorities to meet goals.
• Build relationships with providers and set accurate expectations.
• Explain Househappy products using templates and FAQs.
• Enter service requests for immediate homeowner needs or ballpark estimates.
• Explain promotional offers with a soft, non-pushy approach.
• Meet daily activity targets.
• Review service requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify information gaps to engage pros.
• Contact homeowners for missing or clarified information.
• Follow up on queue items using approved templates and scripts.
• Log all customer and pros activities in the CRM.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
