Staff Virtual in the Philippines is seeking a SalesSupport Admin to back the Sales team with documentation, data validation, and customer requests. The role emphasizes advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and the ability to present data in PowerPoint, with remote work and a night shift setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relation skills.
• Background in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong self-motivation and independence.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Excel with VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Experience extracting or linking data to PowerPoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team by handling documentation, data validation, and requests.
• Data entry and validation
• Conducts security assessment – works with our customers
• Complete deal paperwork including sales quotes and orders
• Completes assigned Zendesk tickets within 1 business day
• Prepares quarterly reviews
• Supports all other team member tasks and other duties as assigned
