Job summary

Nowcom Global Services, LLC is seeking an Application Support Specialist for graveyard/night shift to support Nowcom/DealerCenter products. You will deliver technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop, log issues into CRM, and coordinate with multiple departments to provide First Service Response.

You will train clients with sales staff, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong desire to help customers and maintain calm under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written.
• Excellent computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working experience in the related field is a plus for this position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team oriented mind set.
• Applicants must be able to take shifting/weekend/graveyard shifts.
• Good work ethics, attendance and compliance with company rules and policies and job procedure.
• Must possess a positive attitude to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds, analyzes and provides technical support for the software system via telephone, email, web assists and remote desktop access.
• Formulate trouble reports or tickets.
• Develop cross-team relations and coordinate with departments to provide First Service Response.
• Assist clients with product information.
• Coordinate with sales staff to provide training to clients as requested.
• Deliver high-quality service to maintain customer relationships by helping clients with all account issues.
• Log detailed information from clients into a CRM system for tracking and escalation to Level II support.
• Ensure proper escalation of issues and handling customer requests.
• Forward incoming phone calls to the correct department as needed.
• Reports to the Support Manager.
