Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Completion of at least 2 years of college education.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to empathize and connect with customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone and email to drive customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with account managers and maintain cross-functional communication.
• Complete accurate data entry in clients’ systems.
• Meet and exceed targets set by Operations for clients and projects.
• Take on additional business needs as they arise.
