IQVIA Solutions Operations Center Philippines, Inc. is expanding a new role for a Sales Support Analyst in a Go To Market Partnership Center.

The position supports Sales Teams, Account Managers & Principals to ensure lead-to-order management across the sales cadence, with monthly in-person visits and a night shift from 9 pm to 6 am. The role emphasizes proactive communication, cross-team coordination, and maintaining accurate CRM and PSA data, while assisting in contract templates and pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales support and customer service.
• Finance/Sales Ops/CRM background preferred.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Experience with SAP or SFDC is a plus.
• Team player and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce opportunities from Pipeline to Close.
• Prepare templates for Statements of Work and initial Contract submissions.
• Coordinate PSA platform; manage resource hours and budgets.
• Attend pipeline calls and update Salesforce and PSA after calls.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to process opportunities.
• Maintain team document repository and keep information up to date.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and strategic planning with Account Managers/PICs.
