Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales support or CRM-enabled operations preferred.
• Strong Excel knowledge and data precision essential.
• Experience with SFDC or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce opportunities from Pipeline to Close, updating stages and revenue allocation.
• Prepare templates for Statements of Work and initial contract submissions.
• Coordinate PSA platform activities: resource hours, budgets, project assignment.
• Attend pipeline calls and post-call SFDC and PSA updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business Leads, Contracting, Finance, Sales).
• Maintain the team's document repository and ensure information is up to date.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and strategic planning with Account Managers.
