Job summary

You will manage Salesforce opportunities from Pipeline to Close, support pricing, and coordinate with Finance, Contracting and Professional Services to keep opportunities moving. The position requires 2–3 years in sales support and customer service, with strong Excel and CRM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales support and customer service.
• Finance/Sales Operations/CRM background preferred.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Experience with SAP or SFDC or other CRMs is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce opportunities from Pipeline to Close, update stages, forecast category, add/update products and revenue allocations; assist with pricing documents and deals with finance.
• Prepare templates for Statements of Work and initial contract submissions.
• Coordinate PSA platform; allocate resources and assign Principals in charge and Project Managers.
• Attend pipeline calls and update Salesforce and PSA after meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business Leads, Contracting, Finance, Sales) for smooth opportunity processing.
• Maintain team document repository and keep information up to date.
• Support ad-hoc tasks, initiatives and strategic planning with Account Managers.
