Job summary

Pacific Equity and Loan in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to grow our loan portfolio, build relationships with borrowers, and drive sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Night-shift availability (US Pacific Time) and at least 6 months of BPO experience are required. Fluent English and strong communication are essential. Benefits include ₱35,000 base salary, ₱4,000 transport allowance, commissions, and PH statutory perks.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Night shift experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Basic computer skills to navigate loan processing software.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers.
• Understand product offerings to address inquiries and concerns.
• Meet or exceed sales targets to increase sales volume.
• Prepare loan files for the processing team.
• Build and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
• Answer inbound calls and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound sales calls (cold and warm).
• Collect initial loan applicant information to begin the loan origination process.
