Job summary

Emapta is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Representative to turn inbound conversations into positive outcomes. Bring at least one year of BPO customer service and sales experience to a globally-connected team in Ortigas, Pasig.

The role is onsite with a night shift and a competitive salary up to PHP 35,000 monthly. Expect strong English communication, needs-based selling, mentorship, and growth opportunities across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of combined Customer Service and Sales experience in a BPO or call center environment.
• Strong English communication and conversational skills, with confidence engaging customers over the phone.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, handle inquiries, and support sales conversions.
• Comfortable following call flows or scripts while maintaining natural, customer-focused conversations.
• Willing and able to work night shifts.
• Able to work onsite in Ortigas; candidates from Pasig, Quezon City, Makati, and nearby areas are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate quotes using designated pricing tools and calculators.
• Contribute to team performance by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and collaborating effectively.
• Handle inbound customer calls and guide conversations toward successful purchase outcomes.
• Follow established call center procedures, service expectations, and internal policies.
• Capture customer details and coordinate required collection, pickup, or delivery arrangements.
• Deliver against individual and team targets through consistent call quality and productivity.
• Introduce relevant additional products or services when they align with customer needs.
• Take part in coaching and performance reviews, applying feedback to improve results.
• Use approved call frameworks to uncover needs, explain next steps, and support transaction completion.
