Job summary

Pacific Equity and Loan seeks a full-time Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. You will build and maintain relationships with borrowers, identify new sales opportunities, and collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets.

The role requires commuting to Ortigas and working US Pacific Standard Time office hours (Mon-Fri, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am PH time). You will develop relationships, understand our loan products, and diligently meet targets while preparing loan files and maintaining

Qualifications

6 months of BPO experience or more.
Experience working night shifts is required.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand our product offerings to confidently address inquiries and concerns.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to increased sales volume.
Prepare loan files for the processing team.
Build and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
Answer inbound calls to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Conduct outbound sales calls, both cold and warm.
Collect initial loan applicant information to begin the loan origination process.
