Job summary

Stafflink Express is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations within a BFSI account in Alabang. The role focuses on evaluating transaction accuracy, ensuring compliance with established processes, and identifying quality gaps.

You will collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders, prepare quality reports, and participate in calibration sessions. Night shift with possible weekend schedules; start date ASAP. Salary ₱35,000 package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is mandatory.
• BFSI or financial services background is required.
• Experience in shared services, BPO, GCCs, or captive operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, transaction auditing, or process compliance is an advantage.
• Experience working with global stakeholders or international teams is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift, with possible weekend schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and audits of O2C transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Evaluate transaction processing against standard operating procedures, client requirements, and quality guidelines.
• Identify recurring errors, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Document audit findings and provide actionable feedback to Operations teams.
• Analyze quality results and trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate audit records.
• Participate in quality calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders to address quality issues and improve process performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
