Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and audits of O2C transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Evaluate transaction processing against SOPs, client requirements, and quality standards.
• Identify recurring errors, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Document audit findings and provide actionable feedback to Operations teams.
• Analyze quality trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate audit records.
• Participate in quality calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Required: BFSI or financial services background.
• Experience in BPO, shared services, GCCs, or captive operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, transaction auditing, or process compliance is an advantage.
• Experience working with global stakeholders is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Alabang during night shifts, including possible weekends.
