Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance professional to audit Order-to-Cash transactions within the BFSI sector. The role requires hands-on O2C experience and a keen eye for detail to identify gaps and drive process improvements.

Onsite night shifts with possible weekend work in Alabang, offering an opportunity to contribute to quality calibration and compliance programs while supporting shared services operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• BFSI or Financial Services background is required.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, GCC, or Captive Operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift and possible weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• BFSI or Financial Services background is required.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, GCC, or Captive Operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• QA, auditing, or process compliance experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift and possible weekends.
