Inizio Medical is seeking a highly organized Project Support Specialist in Manila, Philippines to support project delivery, financial coordination, and publications management. The role requires experience in a BPO or healthcare-related field and involves night shifts (9pm–6am PHT).

You will work with global teams across ApotheCom, Nucleus Global and Ashfield MedComms, helping ensure accurate records, budgets, and efficient processes from setup to completion.

Formación

• Experience working in a BPO, medical insurance, or related organisation, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with project planning, financial management and publications coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Able to work night shifts (9pm–6am PHT).

Responsabilidades

• Provide support across project planning and financial management with a focus on organisation and accuracy.
• Contribute to tracking budgets and keep financial information up to date.
• Coordinate projects and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards and processes.
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
• Support audits, submissions and process improvements.
