Inizio Medical is seeking a highly organized Project Support Specialist in Manila, Philippines to support project delivery, financial coordination, and publications management. The role requires experience in a BPO or healthcare-related field and involves night shifts (9pm–6am PHT).

You will work with global teams across ApotheCom, Nucleus Global and Ashfield MedComms, helping ensure accurate records, budgets, and efficient processes from setup to completion.

• Experience working in a BPO, medical insurance, or related organisation, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with project planning, financial management and publications coordination.

About the Role

Inizio Medical is growing, and we are excited to be building a dedicated team of Project Support Specialists based in the Philippines. In this role, you will work closely with our global teams across Inizio Medical, including ApotheCom, Nucleus Global, and Ashfield MedComms, in the US, UK, EU, and South Africa. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical communications projects in the pharmaceutical industry while gaining exposure to an international working environment.
