Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years HR experience supporting North America population.
• Minimum B2-level Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Night shift availability and Philippine holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 HR Shared Services support to employees and managers across North America.
• Respond to inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, payroll, compensation, and HR processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and HR case management platforms.
• Resolve employee inquiries accurately and in line with policies and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a positive employee experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation across HR systems and tools.
