Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an HR Benefits Team Lead, Night Shift based in Manila. You will oversee the North America Benefits Tier 1 delivery and lead a dedicated Manila team, driving service excellence and process improvements across U.S. and Canada programs.

The role requires a strong background in benefits management, policy guidance, and SLA/KPI delivery, with leadership experience in customer‑facing environments. Night shift work and PH holiday coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field with US benefits experience.
• 2–5 years of US benefits management experience or 6–9 years relevant work experience.
• Experience with policies, workflows, and guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Night shift availability; willing to work PH holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop North America Benefits Tier 1 team.
• Enhance processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversee Manila People Services team with Tier 1 support for US/Canada benefits.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs and coach for performance.
