Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a People Services Advisor - Spanish Bilingual (Night shift) to act as the frontline contact for employee inquiries across benefits, payroll, compensation, and more, supporting North America from the Philippines.

You will handle Spanish inquiries first while assisting English-speaking employees as needed, delivering strong customer service via phone, chat, and HR case platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely resolutions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years HR experience supporting North America.
• Minimum B2-level Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience with ServiceNow and Workday preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 HR Shared Services support to employees and managers across North America.
• Respond to inquiries related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, compensation, employee relations, HR systems, and other HR-related processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and HR case management platforms.
• Resolve employee inquiries accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and a positive employee experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records across HR systems and tools.
