Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an HR Benefits Team Lead for the night shift in Manila to manage the North America Benefits Tier 1 team. You will enhance processes, ensure smooth service delivery, and lead a dedicated team within Manila People Services providing Tier 1 support for US and Canada Benefits.

The role requires HR services experience across the employee lifecycle, SLA/KPI management, and strong leadership to drive continuous improvement and compliance with privacy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of US benefits management experience, or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with HR services across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Benefits team through recruiting, training, coaching, and succession planning.
• Drive operational excellence by managing SLAs/KPIs, handling escalations, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Administer health and welfare and U.S. leave management programs (FMLA, ADA, state/local leaves).
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA regulations.
• Utilize HRIS systems (Workday/Employee Central/SAP) for leave management and reporting.
• Demonstrate strong MS Office skills and data analytics.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and work with minimal supervision.
• Be proactive, flexible, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Communicate effectively with empathy and active listening.
