Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Manila is seeking an HR Benefits Team Lead for the night shift to manage the North America Benefits Tier 1 team, drive process improvements, and ensure reliable service delivery. The role requires leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning within a global HR services environment.

You will oversee a dedicated Manila People Services team providing Tier 1 benefits support for the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2–5 years of US benefits management experience or 6–9 years of related work experience.
Experience in HR services across the employee lifecycle and guidance.
5 years of customer service in benefits or leave management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a specialized Benefits team through recruiting, training, coaching, and succession planning.
Drive operational excellence by managing SLAs/KPIs, escalations, records, and privacy compliance.
Oversee health and welfare benefits administration and US leave programs such as FMLA and COBRA.
Use HRIS systems (Workday/Employee Central/SAP/Leave Management/ServiceNow) and related modules.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain a service-minded approach.
