The role involves reconciling payments, setting up payees, and supporting new customer implementations, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and payments processing a plus.
• Ability to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Attention to detail with reconciliation and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely processing of payments.
• Ensure funds are requested from clients promptly and tracked.
• Prepare and review reconciliation reports for clients’ accounting.
• Maintain process documentation and set up bank details for new payees.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and other ad hoc duties.
