Job summary

You will process payroll inputs, perform audits, handle final pay, and respond to employee inquiries, while supporting the payroll team. The role requires 3+ years US payroll processing experience, experience with SAP HR and ECP, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years US payroll processing experience.
• Experience with SAP HR and ECP.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll inputs according to schedule.
• Process semi-monthly/biweekly payrolls and ledger postings.
• Handle final pay calculations and off-cycle adjustments.
• Banking activities and direct deposit/file verifications.
• Provide backup support for payroll team.
• Manage MyServices and payroll mailbox; respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR Direct and Employee Central to resolve issues.
• Year-end uploads, testing, and reconciliations.
