Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Workforce & Scheduling Specialist in the Philippines to create, maintain and publish employee rosters using an electronic system. You will collaborate with department leaders to forecast staffing needs, balancing daily, weekly and shift schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree with 1+ years in staffing and scheduling software, and understands timecard interpretation. UKG experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years experience with staffing, workforce & scheduling software.
• Knowledgeable in timecard interpretation.
• UKG experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work night shift and hybrid setup (3x onsite, 2 days WFH).
• 45 positions available.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, balance, and publish daily, weekly, and shift schedules based on staffing requirements.
• Review and process PTO requests, schedule changes, and employee preferences while ensuring appropriate department coverage.
• Assign staff to specialty roles based on department requirements, skills, and staffing guidelines.
• Monitor staffing gaps, vacancies, and open shifts and coordinate appropriate staffing solutions.
• Maintain accurate department schedules and identify additional staffing requirements based on projected census, acuity, and operational needs.
• Prepare and distribute staffing and scheduling reports to department leaders.
• Review and maintain employee timecards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required working hours and policies.
• Monitor staffing coverage and make scheduling adjustments to address operational needs.
