Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Order Processing Assistant to operate onsite at SM Downtown, Cagayan De Oro City, on a night shift. You will monitor a dedicated email inbox, log orders into the CRM, and coordinate invoicing with Accounting while tracking shipments and confirming receipts with the sales team.

The role requires meticulous data entry, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot a plus), strong written English, and comfort working overnight aligned to US business hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accuracy and high-volume data entry experience.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms; Salesforce/HubSpot beneficial.
• Strong written English for professional confirmations and internal comms.
• Moderate spreadsheet skills (formulas, sorting, multi-tab workbooks).

Responsibilities

• Monitor a dedicated email inbox for incoming sales orders.
• Enter customer details, items, quantities, pricing into the CRM.
• Submit invoice requests to Accounting per workflow.
• Record and update shipment details in tracking sheets.
• Confirm order receipt with sales representatives.
• Acknowledge direct customer orders with ship date expectations.
• Escalate inquiries to Customer Service Lead as needed.
• Flag incomplete orders for clarification.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor order backlogs and elevate risks when needed.
• Participate in shift rotation with scheduled hours.
