Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to support customer service and sales teams from the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, operating onsite with a night shift. You will enter and verify orders in SAP, process payments, and help resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate customer records.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ERP proficiency, and strong communication to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Data/Order Entry experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Excel skills.
• Any ERP System Experience is a must.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via mail, in-person, and telephone regarding account status, product information, and price information.
• Order and payment processing in SAP.
• Generate credit/adjustment memos as needed.
• Facilitate the process of returns as required.
• New product setups and quotations.
• Maintain customer profiles and notes in SAP.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
