Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cagayan De Oro is seeking a Sales Encoder to support order processing for the US-aligned sales team. Onsite night shift, fast-paced data entry into the CRM, and coordination with accounting and sales.

You will monitor emails, enter orders, invoice requests, and update shipment records while maintaining accuracy and timely responses. Strong English, CRM familiarity, and ability to work overnight are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume data entry or administrative work.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
• Strong written English for order confirmations and internal communication.
• Moderate spreadsheet proficiency (formulas, sorting, filtering, multi-tab workbooks).
• Ability to work independently during a fixed overnight schedule aligned with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a dedicated email inbox for incoming sales orders.
• Enter customer details, items, quantities, pricing, and terms into the CRM.
• Submit invoice requests to Accounting for processed orders.
• Record and update shipment details in tracking spreadsheets.
• Send acknowledgment of orders and ship date expectations when orders arrive.
