Job summary

Connext is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to work with senior management to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, implement process improvements, and support staffing initiatives for client accounts.

You will lead meetings, track performance metrics, and generate reports to inform operational decisions. Night shifts and onsite work are involved, with multiple site options including Cebu, Ortigas, Angeles, and Davao.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and managing day-to-day operations.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and drive actions.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support teams to meet targets in quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Co-manage daily operations with the client, including attendance tracking and coaching.
• Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1 sessions to align goals and increase engagement.
• Join client meetings to track open items and resolve issues.
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership and client on staffing plans and tools.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to keep teams staffed.
• Oversee QA activities and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead or contribute to special projects with measurable outcomes.
