Job summary

You will coordinate staff, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs and security requirements. The successful candidate will supervise teams, liaise with operations leadership, and provide real-time support to maintain service continuity and performance targets during shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in operations, team supervision, or similar roles.
• Experience in monitoring productivity, attendance, quality, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities during shifts to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, break compliance, and staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, processes, quality, and security requirements.
• Document and address operational issues, equipment concerns, and disruptions with corrective actions.
• Provide timely updates to management on performance and incidents.
• Support continuity during staffing shortages, system issues, or disruptions.
• Coordinate with HR on attendance concerns and workplace issues.
• Lead shift huddles and communicate priorities and updates.
