Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Prior dispatcher experience in the security industry preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality of work, and customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and book jobs for residential and small business installs.
• Manage all branch box sales, check in freight and deliveries, and order parts.
• Manage technician schedules to ensure timeliness of scheduled calls.
• Create job packets for installs.
• Ensure efficient flow of paperwork and reports.
• Liaise between operations manager and branch employees.
• Liaise between branch office and US Security Systems home office.
• Audit paperwork for accuracy; assist in updating the current job list.
• Gather paperwork for closing tickets and send to branch closeouts.
• Assist in other general administrative duties.
• Maximize branch productivity through Word and Excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
