Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance support roles is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is essential.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work onsite during night shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records with accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare profit and loss statements for events.
• Track event finances including revenue and expenses.
• Manage claims from submission to payment.
• Oversee accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports and KPIs.
• Reconcile bank, vendor, and customer transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Organize and manage financial documents for easy access.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
