Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle with US-based prospects in a night-shift role in Manila, Philippines.

You will own the sales process from prospecting and demos to negotiation and close, building a strong pipeline and delivering accurate forecasts in our Lofty CRM environment. Strong communication and consultative selling are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong consultative selling skills; able to tailor pitch to different buyer personas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle and maintaining an accurate pipeline.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Comfortable working night shift and supporting North American prospects.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through demo, negotiation, and close
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and referrals
• Accurately track all sales activity, pipeline stages, and forecasts in the CRM
• Conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of agents, teams, and brokerages
• Develop deep expertise in Lofty's platform, including CRM, AI automation, IDX websites, and lead generation tools
• Tailor pitch and positioning to different buyer personas and business needs
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain an accurate, well-qualified pipeline that supports predictable forecasting
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay client feedback and improve messaging
• Stay current on real estate industry trends to position Lofty effectively against competitors
