Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Administrator in the Philippines for hybrid work with night shift overlap with US Pacific Time. You will coordinate IT operations, vendor management, procurement workflows, and financial processes to ensure smooth IT servicing and governance.

The role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvements to support IT leadership and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT operations coordination or similar coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple requests and invoices.
• Excellent record-keeping of vendor, procurement, and financial data.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Willingness to work a night shift with overlap with US Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lifecycle of IT assets and vendor records.
• Track invoices from receipt to payment and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Manage procurement workflows and vendor communications.
• Produce recurring IT spend and procurement reports for leadership.
• Maintain team documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with IT Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams.
