Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
• Experience in managing IT support teams and service delivery processes.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance across the organization.
• Manage IT infrastructure, applications, and support services to meet business requirements.
• Lead IT projects including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor IT support and technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements are properly implemented and maintained.
