Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Quezon City for a night shift, to handle inbound calls, emails and faxes for LI/DI lines. You will provide enrollment and web support, handling billing and account maintenance while following client processes to deliver quality service.

You will respond to inquiries with accuracy, use available resources to comply with regulatory requirements, and promptly report any suspected data disclosure or fraud. Prior BPO experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 yr of BPO experience; 6 months must be contact center.
• No domain skills required; open resources from any account (Insurance/Claims a plus).
• Voice proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Manages incoming calls, emails, and/or faxes for LI/DI lines.
• Provides enrollment, web support, medical underwriting, account maintenance, billing and updates.
• Responds to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information.
• Follows documented client processes to enhance service and efficiency.
• Uses resources to address regulatory and contractual requirements and reports issues.
• Reports known or suspected data disclosures or fraud promptly.
