Job summary

The job requires at least 1 year of BPO experience, including 6 months in a contact center, and voice proficiency at B2 level. Fluency in English is expected, and candidates must have the right to work in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 6 months of it must be Contact Center experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages incoming calls, emails, and/or faxes for Life Insurance and Disability Insurance lines.
• Responds to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information.
• Follows documented client processes to enhance customer service and operating efficiency.
• Uses available resources to understand compliance requirements and reports suspected compliance issues on the day of discovery to a Team Lead, Manager, or Compliance Department.
• Reports known or suspected data disclosures or fraud on the day of discovery to a Team Lead.
