iOPEX Tech in the Philippines is seeking a Senior/Employee Relations Specialist/HRBP to promote employee welfare, resolve labor relations problems, and support health and well-being.

The role is onsite at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, with a graveyard/night shift. You will work with management on policies, engage with employees, and help drive a people-first culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with Employee Relations or Labor Relations for 1-3 years.
• Willingness to work on a graveyard/night shift in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
• Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement.
• Experience in working in a BPO environment with not less than 300 FTEs.
• Experience conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGD), attrition analysis, performance management and recommendations.
• Experience initiating and handling employee engagement activities.

Responsabilités

• Communicate to employees to discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that affect morale, health, and productivity.
• Evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
• Explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
