Satellite Office is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader in Ortigas to manage employee relations, performance management, compensation, and records for offsite staff. You will oversee exit procedures, documentation, and compliance with PH labor laws.

The role requires 8+ years in HR operations, strong knowledge of local labor regulations, and a willingness to work a hybrid schedule including a night shift (10:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources operations.
• Extensive experience in PH labor laws.
• Experience in the outsourcing / offshore staff solutions industries.
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset – accountable for recommendations and decisions, and a good understanding of commercial approaches.
• Strong preference towards documentation and experience in document management is required.
• Degree qualified, preferably Psychology or Behavioral Sciences related.
• Willing to work in Ortigas.
• Willing to work on a night-shift, from 10:00PM-7:00AM.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home).

Aufgaben

• Represents company on Labor related cases and handles exit documentation and processes.
• Conducts investigations on complaints and grievances and facilitates resolutions.
• Conducts regular site visits for off-site accounts and prepares related reports.
• Oversees performance management processes including distribution and tracking of evaluations.
• Maintains HR information systems and personnel records (201 files).
• Prepares employment documentation and reports such as terminations, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
