Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming inquiries regarding wealth and financial products, specifically mutual funds and segregated funds.
• Process client/agent telephone-initiated requests accurately and timely.
• Document actions taken to process inquiries to maintain thorough records.
• Adhere to measurable department performance standards (schedule adherence, quality, productivity).
• Assist with department projects and initiatives as needed.
