Private Advertiser is seeking an Individual Wealth support specialist in the Philippines. The role involves handling BPO voice support for wealth management and investment accounts, including mutual funds and 401K inquiries.

The candidate should have 1+ year BPO voice experience in relevant areas and a college background or progress toward a degree, with strong communication skills. This is a hybrid role with day shifts transitioning to a night shift as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in college or college graduate.
• At least 1 year BPO voice experience in Mutual Fund, Wealth Management, 401K Pension, or Investment Accounts.
• FINRA training or certification is a plus.
• Good to excellent communication skills.
