Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, facilities coordination, or similar operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians based on work orders, technician availability, location, service priority, and client requirements.
• Monitor technician schedules to ensure timely completion of service requests and adherence to SLAs.
• Serve as the primary communication link between clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams with timely updates and issue resolution.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate work orders and service records.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and operational issues and coordinate effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, responsive, and solution-oriented communication.
