Qualifications

• 3+ years as a full stack engineer or software developer.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL (required).
• Experience with data pipelines or automation tools.
• Cloud data warehouse experience (Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow/Argo).

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end observability and automation tooling for the monthly billing run.
• Write and maintain Python services and data workflows that analyze and act on financial and subscription data at scale.
• Design and maintain dashboards, APIs, automation scripts, alerting pipelines for stakeholders.
• Mentor team members on observability and automation practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve billing issues and build scalable solutions.
• Translate recurring pain points into scalable tools for self-service troubleshooting.
• Contribute to root cause investigations using SQL and Python.
• Provide calm support during incident response and retrospectives.
