Job summary

Pax8, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Business Data Analyst (Billing) to ensure billing accuracy and drive automation across invoicing and revenue operations.

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Vendor Operations, Sales, Support and Data teams to improve billing outcomes while supporting Pax8's AI-driven evolution. This is a permanent night shift role (10pm - 6am) based in Manila.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing, or revenue operations.
• Strong analytical skills and SQL knowledge.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SaaS billing models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive billing and invoicing process efficiency with accuracy.
• Define and report service metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to improve billing outcomes.
• Champion automation and observability of billing services.
• Lead backlog of improvements and defects.
• Conduct cross-functional workshops on operational improvement.
