Emapta Philippines is hiring a Technical Support Associate - SQL, Hardware & Software to troubleshoot pharmacy technology across databases, applications, devices, and POS systems. The role offers night shifts (EST hours during training) and onsite work in Ortigas, with extensive perks and global exposure.

You will leverage Microsoft SQL Server skills, diagnose hardware/software issues, and contribute to a high‑performance support team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in software support or IT help desk.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database troubleshooting.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting across desktops, apps, peripherals, and systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 or later and basic networking.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Flexibility to work weekends and provide on-call support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and calls promptly.
• Triage tickets related to pharmacy POS software functionality.
• Explain software concepts clearly to users with varying expertise.
• Troubleshoot, test, and document potential software bugs for Tier II support.
• Stay updated on POS software features and workflows.
• Collaborate with team to deliver comprehensive technical support.
• Document customer interactions in the ticketing system.
