Pax8, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst (Billing Operations) with SQL to drive billing accuracy and operational excellence. This permanent night shift role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data teams to automate processes and improve observability across cloud marketplace billing.

You will translate operational insights into data-driven improvements, maintain backlogs, and ensure rapid resolution of any billing issues while supporting Pax8's global growth.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence across billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and service performance.
• Define, manage, and report operational objectives, service metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Vendor Operations, Sales, Support, and Data teams to improve billing outcomes.
• Champion automation, observability, and proactive issue detection across billing services.
• Translate operational insights into data-driven enhancement opportunities and product recommendations.
• Maintain a prioritised backlog of improvements, defects, and optimisation initiatives.
• Lead operational escalation and forensic analysis when billing issues arise, ensuring rapid resolution and business continuity.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, retrospectives, and solution discovery sessions focused on operational improvement.
• Communicate performance trends, risks, opportunities, and roadmap progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Continuously evaluate processes and guide trade-off decisions that maximise customer, partner, and business value.
