Pax8 Philippines Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst (Billing Operations) with strong SQL skills for a night shift (10pm - 6am) in the Philippines.

You will drive billing accuracy, automation, observability, and data-driven improvements across invoicing processes, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to deliver reliable outcomes. You will translate operational insights into actionable product recommendations and maintain a backlog focused on improving service performance

Qualifications

• Proven expertise working with billing, invoicing, financial systems, or revenue operations environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to investigate operational issues and identify root causes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile product and engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and reliability.
• Define, manage, and report operational objectives, service metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Vendor Operations, Sales, Support, and Data teams to improve billing outcomes.
• Champion automation, observability, and proactive issue detection across billing services.
• Translate operational insights into data-driven enhancement opportunities and product recommendations.
• Maintain a prioritised backlog of improvements, defects, and optimisation initiatives.
• Lead operational escalation and forensic analysis for billing issues to ensure rapid resolution.
