Digital Room (Philippines) , Inc. is seeking a customer service professional for an office-based role in Mandaluyong. You will connect with clients, build relationships, and address customer concerns with a focus on one-call resolution and proactive service.

Night shifts and weekend work are required. Strong English communication is essential and you will stay informed on product updates while delivering excellent support.

Formación

• At least Senior High School graduate (old curriculum).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willing to work in an office-based setup.
• Willing to work at PARAGON PLAZA, MANDALUYON… CITY.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with clients to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Create a genuine connection with customers and identify concerns proactively.
• Resolve customer concerns, often in one call.
• Provide feedback to help address customer concerns for CS executives.
• Stay up to date on company and product updates.
