The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills to support after-hours scheduling, vendor coordination, and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in healthcare or homecare.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and staff schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Match clients with suitable caregivers or nurses based on needs and availability.
• Communicate with clients, clinicians, and vendors to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Monitor attendance, handle clock-in/out issues, and provide basic tech support.
• Follow up on changes in patient condition and update care plans as needed.
